Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Florida

This complaint is related to the resolution of the CFPB case number -. Despite of my efforts to fix this problem and despite this complaint has already been resolve ; Transunion reporting agency do not care about the resolution in relation to my case. They keep reporting the wrong information, Transunion stated that only the collection company can delete the information, the collection company stated that they already deleted the information with transunion the same way they did with the other CRAs. Again this is in reference to the CFPB case number - please read the resolution. Thanks
