Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Florida

My loan service company Navient agreed to lower payment based on my income - 2015. I was forced to agree to their terms over voice recording and was not allowed any other method. I then asked for documentation of the agreement so I have proof of this agreement. After 4 months of calls and emails I only now received a letter and it states ab agreement to higher payments I never agreed to. When I requested the audio, I was told I need a court order.
