Title loan Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Florida

I applied for a loan to improve my credit score. I opened a vehicle refinance loan with Instaloan. The loan interest rate is 57.4 %. I did not realize how high the rate was going to be. I also did not know my payments would not reduce the principal loan amount, it covers interest only. In addition I can not send payment by mail. I must physically appear in the their office to make a payment. The office is an hour away. I feel I was taken advantage of because the rate, payment and payment system.
