Our HELOC loan was sold by - to - ( - ) and then to SLS. We have made consistent payments with additional " principal '' and submitted on time to the servicing companies. After noticing not much reduction in the balance, we questioned - ( contact no longer available ) on several occasions and was given the " run-around '' or not responded to. Once - sold the loan to SLS, we advise them of the issue and asked them to provide us : A ) Actual amount borrowed on HELOC. B ) Total amount of additional principal payments made. And, C ) Total amount of additional payments applied to loan.
