Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not disclosed as an attempt to collect New Jersey

My fianc at the time, - - had a co pay to resolve, we were sending payments each month until one day it was sent to collections for some reason, we were unaware that it was sent to collections until I had spoken with someone from QAR Collections named - who informed me that my fiances Doctor submitted this to collections, - was supposed to call me back with a payment arrangement but never heard from her until I opened up a bill asking for full payment. This collection has my name on it and I 'd like to know why they have listed me when this was not my debt, I 'm very disappointed and this is the only attempt they have made. I also do not like how they are threatening us in this letter and I wo n't tolerate it. We will pay this but their terrible collection practices need to be looked into
