- -, - Hyundai of - - - - -, NJ - Dear : - - -, Please find attach all records pertaining to a dispute that I have been having with Hyundai Finance. Since - -, - Hyundai Finance has demanded a payment of $450.00 for the lease of the - Hyundai Sonata. They claim that Hyundai of - made a mistake on the lease and that I must pay the new amount. I called you in - - and confirmed that my lease payment was in fact $390.00. You said that you would correct the problem and advise me accordingly. That did not happen and since them I have been badgered by Hyundai Finance Collections ever since. A letter was sent to both Hyundai Finance and Hyundai of - by my attorney - - - on - -, - ( letter attached ) and in - of - I received - notices of default ( also attached ).

I will be more than happy to return the - Hyundai Sonata to you provided you return my - Hyundai Sonata that was taken in as a trade-in. Anything else is unacceptable. Thank you, - - From : - - Sent : Friday, - -, - - - To : - - ( -- ) Subject : FW : Message from - Attached is the Monthly Statement in which they want me to pay $450.00 per month plus late fees. The original deal and the lease Agreement are also attached. Hyundai Finance said by law they had 10 days from the date of the sale to change what they offered me for my car and increase my payment. They are claiming they gave me too much for the trade-in. They said that it was Hyundai of - responsibility to get in contact with me to make the correction. I asked why after 3 months of calls - - calls per day and night - from their collection group and me going to Hyundai of - in -, who agreed with me that my payment was $390.00, are they giving me this line of - now? I told them that they ( Hyundai Finance ) insisted at the beginning of this fiasco that I signed a contract with a monthly payment of $450.00. I asked them to send me the contract. They said to call my dealership. I never got a copy of that $450.00 contract. I called Hyundai of - yesterday and told them there is no deal and I would return the car and they can get me a - - Sonata with the same mileage I had when I traded it in. The miles ( - ) on the new car they 'll have to eat. Of course, they have not called me back. Thanks for the help. - - Regional Human Resource Director - - -, - - -, NJ - Tel : - - - Mobile : - - - Fax : - - - -- From : - - Sent : Friday, - - , - - - To : - - ( -- ) Subject : FW : Message from - Attached is the Monthly Statement in which they want me to pay $450.00 per month plus late fees.
