I made my mortgage payment and received confirmation on -/-/2015. I received email confirmation and postal confirmation that my payment posted on -/-/2015. I contacted the Bank on -/-/2015 because the payment had not posted. The rep indicated that the payment is on file and was probably delayed due to the Holiday. I received notification today that I am 30 days delinquent from my credit monitoring service and that they never received payment. I have both confirmations.
