In - of 2015 I took out a loan on a 18 month contract. They have been deducting $110.00 every month for the past 16 months. There was a balance of - payments. I got a letter that - payments were due. I sent them a letter that are not permitted to debit my account any more. I have various letters from them stating that I owe them - payments. I have ask them in several letters to show me where I owe - payments. The last payment would have been deducted in - of 2015. I have a contract that states the begin date and the end date. They never answer me they keep sending me a bill. The last letter I received, the stated that they have been trying to contact me at a phone number in -. I have lived in - for 20 years. My phone number is on the contract. I understand that I owe them - payments, they will never answer my letters explaining why I owe them - payments. I have letters they have sent me and my responses.
