I kindly submitted a Privacy Act request giving them the opportunity to document how their business is legitimate but they failed to respond. Universal Account Servicing, LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease January 12, 2016 - In - of 2015 I took out a loan on a 18 month contract. They have been deducting $110.00 every month for the past 16 months. There was a balance of - payments. I got a letter that - payments were due. I sent them a letter that are not permitted to debit my account any more. I have various letters from them stating that I owe them - payments. I have ask them in several letters to show me where I owe - payments. The last payment would have been deducted in - of 2015. I have a contract that states the begin date and the end date.
