I leased a - Mazda - on - -, - from - - - in - CA. I traded my previous car a - Mazda C-7 in place of the new vehicle. On - -, I sent - -, Finance Manager at - - -, signed authorization to pay off my previous car loan. On - - - - called to ask me to come in to the dealership and sign a new lease contract, no reason was given why, I assumed there had to have been an error on the previous contract. - - stated over the phone that " the good news about a new contract was that my first payment on the lease was going to be due on - instead of - '' ; I went in to - - - on - -, - to sign this new lease contract at which point - - reiterated that my first lease payment was going to be due on - as opposed to -. On - -, the lender for my previous car, - - - - debited my car payment for - ( for a vehicle I no longer had in my possession since I had


On - -, I found out through my online banking with Chase Bank that my car lease was financed through them as opposed to - - and that my first lease payment due date was -/-/- which was completely contrary to what - - had previously told me on -/-/-. I called Chase Auto Finance and spoke - -, I explained the situation and she acknowledge that they did have - lease contracts, - dated -/-/- ( which was supposed to be nullified ) and - dated -/-/-. I told her - - had stated my first payment was not going to be due until -/-/-. She stated they would review my request and that I would be receiving a letter in a few days ; nothing took place. I never received any letter from them regarding my call. I contacted - - and asked why my first payment was due in - instead of - like he had stated. He told me he would " fix it '' for me. He then replied to me via email that - had revised my first due date to -/-/-. On -/-/- I called - again since the payment due date had n't been changed, I spoke to - - who told me she had sent my lease account to the department that would revise my due date and that she had notated my account so that no collection calls would be placed in the interim time while this was corrected. - placed a credit inquiry on my credit reports without my authorization since my credit worthiness did not need to be established again. On -/-/- I was assessed a late fee of $25.00 ; today - -, - I received a call from their collections department ; I was forced to pay a late fee and the due date on my lease contract WAS NEVER changed, - - at - - -, - - from Chase Auto Finance all of them lied and misled me, they put my credit reputation at risk with their lies. I want the late fee to be reversed and credited back to me, the credit inquiry from -/-/- removed from my credit report.
