Avid Acceptance, LLC Consumer Loan managing the loan or lease January 7, 2016 - On - I received a call from - from Avid Acceptance attempting to collect payment for my vehicle. At the time the account was 11 days past due, I advised her I was unable to make a payment at that time. She transferred the call to a male name -, he never disclosed his title he simply advised me I had to make a payment with him because they were closing the books, he stated I was a bad paying customer, I advised I would be able to make a payment the following week on -/-/-. He refused to set up the arrangement for the day I requested, he then demanded I make - payments on -, ... |
