I have a credit card with US Bank. I made several attempts to pay the balance via telephone and internet. Phone kept on hanging up and internet log in did n't work. After I finally got to talk to somebody the bank charged me $170.00 dollars in fees. And because I was 21 days late I am sure I was reported to credit reporting agencies. I feel I was treated unfairly paid my balance and close the account.
