I discovered this collection item in my credit report in - 2015. I contacted ProCollect in writing to request validation. Their response was to send me a computer screen shot of a move-out summary for an apartment complex that did not contain enough information for me to determine if I am responsible for this alleged debt. I do n't recognize any of the information. In - 2015 I again requested, in writing, additional information. I did not receive any response. I have requested for the credit bureaus to investigate this item as I still do not believe I am responsible. ProCollect continues to verify the information as accurate to the credit bureaus without having provided validation to me. I again contacted ProCollect, in writing, in - 2015 demanding validation be provided to me. I still have not received any response whatsoever.
