When we moved from - to -, and transferred our service, - charged a $68.00 equipment fee even though equipment was returned to -. We continued to have - service in -. On several occasions when I called - they said they would waive the $68.00 fee, but they had apparently turned it over to a collection agency. To date - has not corrected the problem. Poor customer service on - 's part by not following up on their commitment.
