Citibank Credit card department,
In reference to my response from Citi Bank I was contacted by a rep by the name of - - I spoke to hear about my credit card request she promised me that my credit card application would be reacessed for credit card approval. I then call the reacessement line to get a up date only to find out that a credit card application reacessement was not submitted so she lied to me about submitting a request. this is one of the problems of the big banks no respect a bad customer service that lies to customers I am requesting that this be looked into because this only proves my point that these big banks do discrimmate againist minoritys I do n't understand why I was lied to about my credit card reacessement which was never submitted.
