None of these options explain my situation. Midland funding had entered into an agreement with the cfpb ( you ) and can not accept any payments from me. This is stopping me from refinancing my vehicle as i can not satisfy the debt. I needed them to send a fax/letter/email to my bank stating they can not accept my payment, but they refuse to do so, even though they would say it to my banker over the phone. I believe this to be out of spite toward me so that i can not refinance my vehicle, since they will not be receiving the money.
