Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Illinois

- 's - - will remain on credit report as a debt written off by company in 2011. A recovery company can not assume a written off debt. They must remove their company from my credit report, due misrepresentation of written off debt by another company. Plus there has been no billing in - plus years from either company. I had unemployment insurance that was suppose to cover all debt. - did not honor, they just applied what I had paid unto bill. I will not assume a debt that has been written off and Transunion should remove this company & Transunion can not change the status of the original write off to assumed debt by portfolio. - can not write it off getting credit from the government for bad debt. They can not sell off zero balances. I will join a class action filing if this is not remedied.
