Citibank Credit Card Complaint

I recently applied for a citi credit card.My application was denied since the bank ( citi ) stated that my address or phone number are located overseas.I am not sure where or how they got this information, I 've been residing in the US for the last 25 years and am a US citizen.The denial letter was sent to my home address I listed in the application which is obviously in the US and I am including it below as well as my phone number. I contacted citi to inquire how they determined that my address and/or phone number are located overseas but there were not able to provide me an answer.
