I bought a vehicle and the Santander Consumer usa is the leasing bank. I had several financial isssues and the vehicle was repoed, i paid - in debt. But the day the vehicle was repoed they cause several damages to the door bumpers and the permanent damaged the battery. Till this day nothing has been done they aledge never recieved the papers but they did. I sent all papers numerous times and my vehicle continue to be damaged.also now the vehicle is facing reposation and nobody has helped me. I want to file a small claims suit but due to my budget i cant. Please help me im a veteran witha family that counts on me to get things done. Please help
