My mother has a reverse mortgage on her home. The mortgage was sold to Champion Mortgage and since then they 've harassed my mother constantly. Now they say that she is dead and the loan will be due and payable and they will foreclose on the home. My mother is very much alive, and was even interviewed on camera today, from our local news station -. They 've been very cruel to her on the phone, and would not tell her, or me ( her daughter ) how they came to this conclusion. The stress that this has caused my mother and family, is too much.
