We filed a complaint about JP Morgan Chase Bank handling of our account and foreclosing on our property when we had a written offer for a short sale for $15000.00 more than what the property foreclosed on. They responded claiming we were not approved for a short sale which we have documentation that we were. They also stated that our offer was missing the short sale addendum which it was not
