M&T Bank Consumer Loan department,

I wanted to pay off my - loan so I contacted M & T Bank customer service email and they replied back saying it had to be paid by certified funds in order for the - hold of lien release to happen so I paid with a certified check from Alabama - - - ( - - - ) in - Alabama. and now the Bank M & T which in email stated nothing about a credit union certified check is n't accepted as a certified check but normal check and thus have to wait 10 days in order for the Lien to be released off Title. The email which I have and send states only that a certified funds and that I did and sent to the address they provided : M & T Bank - - - -, DE - They recieved this on - - and I feel they are holding onto my title and lien for fraudulent reasons as I did everything they said. customer service number is - and talked with a supervisor about this his name was - and his employee number is -.
