On - - 2015, I sent a letter to Wells Fargo Dealer Services asking to validate a debt it claims I owe. This debt has been paid in full through my Co-applicants - - Chapter -. Although they are reporting that account # 's - and - to the credit reporting agencies as accurate collections account. I also filed a complaint with the - regarding this matter case # -. A research remediation representative name - - - verified the account ending in - was in deed accurate. -/-/2015 I spoke with a few customer reps at Wells Fargo Dealer services- ID # -, - ID # - and - - who all confirmed that the account numbers that I had giving them were not valid accounts. - - was very rude per our conversation this morning. Also stating that she could not provide me with any information because i refuse to confirm my SSN for her. I have corresponded with my Co-applicant on this issue and she provided documents to support our claim that this debt was in deed payed in full through her chapter -. Wells Fargo has continued to report inaccurate information which violates FTC resulting in damages in my financial records.
