- held a - mortgage on our home, release the lien and sold the debt when the home went into foreclosure by the - mortgage holder. - then sold the debt to Green Tree Financial, which I now know are, aka - - - - -, aka DITECH Financial LLC. - and Green Tree were both notified of the bankruptcy filing. Since that time I 've starting getting collection letters from Ditech, which is same parent company. I called and gave them the bankruptcy case number and the lawyers phone number, The ' - '' who would n't give his agent # or other ID, was very nasty in telling me that they could contact me all they wanted by mail unless I sent them a letter telling them not to. I re-explained the bankruptcy filing to him, but he was rude again. Now the bankruptcy was discharged on Monday - -, and on Friday the - I received another collection letter.. BUT it 's dated - - Odd that, and the envelope has no postmark date.
