I opened Discover checking account and saving account in 2013. I used them as my main banking accounts and have - in Discover bank. However, I received a mail said that my accounts will be closed on - - without any reason. I called their custom service but they just transferred me to an auto telephone recording machine. The custom service could not find anything wrong with my account after his research. Such bank closure brings me a lot of inconvenience, and I think it is really unfair.
