I used my- Gift card at a gas station to get gas. It was declined twice. It had $82.00 on it. I tried to use it later at -, it was declined, with a $0.00 balance. I called customer service to find out where was the money. They told me it wouldnt be returned until the - of -. I have to wait 9 days. The rules on internet said money would be returned in - days if you make a mistake and swipe the card at the gas pump. 9 days is a long time. I paid $5.00 for the card. I should have access to the money that i put on it. I feel this is a scam by -. There are - of complaints on the - complaint page that are just like mine. This bank is robbing people. We need justice. Please help. Thankyou.
