Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Texas

- says I owe them money ; I do n't believe I owe - anything. What - has done is damage my credit with the - major credit reporting agencies. Following is the background of the dispute:1 ) We live in an area in - Texas where there has been a multi-year drought. It had not rained for several years. 2 ) We had all our communications with - : - landlines, - cell phones, and a 4G Mi-Fi card for our Email and Internet needs. We have had the - services with only minimum typical problems ; nothing out of the ordinary. 3 ) Suddenly it started raining daily in our area.

5 ) We all called - to inform them of the situation and were told that they were working on the problem. 6 ) Finally - decided to send one of their technicians to check our problem. The technician came, checked out the system and concluded that : - 's systems were fine and that the problem had to be with our phone equipment. 7 ) I informed the - tech that our landlines would " go-dead '' every time it rained and that they stayed dead for several days, and sometimes for several weeks. 8 ) Based on the - tech 's recommendation, we purchased all new phone equipment for our home and for our office. The cost was significant and caused a great deal of confusion and time-consuming work. 9 ) The following time it rained, the landlines went dead again. We called - and they decided to send another tech ( it became apparent that - was getting very angry calls from people in our area who, the same as us, were having serious problems with their phone service ). 10 ) The night before the tech was to come to our house, a different tech called and told me that he had found the problem. There was a " switch '' or " switcher '' - box that was leaking when it rained, that it had a lot of ants and trash and that that was what was causing our landlines to go out when it rained. The tech said that there was no need to have the - tech visit us the following day, so he was cancelling the service call, and that he would stay around for a couple of days to make sure that the problem had been fixed. This was not true, he did n't stay around. 11 ) The following day it rained, and as usual, the landlines went out. I called - who seemed oblivious to all that had happened, and said that all they could do was credit me the $130.00 that they had billed me on the previous bill for the cost of the tech visit ( the one who said that the problem was with our equipment and not with the - system ). 12 ) At this point I, like the rest of our neighbors, had had enough. I then went to - ( a " madhouse '' of people changing from - to - ) and changed all my communication systems from - to -. This was, and is, very inconvenient, and is damaging me sufficiently to the point that I will be able to prove damages in a legal claim against -. 13 ) Some of my neighbors are retired lawyers/litigators ( have spent 35 to 40 years specializing in Litigation, for large legal firms in Texas ) and they have been preparing to initiate legal action against -. I have been considering joining them in their action against -. 14 - Due to the above, I do n't believe that I owe anything to -.
