I initially paid off a secured loan with Covington Credit TN, and a few weeks later received a letter stating if he wanted to borrow another $500.00, just cash the check at a bank and it would constitute a loan. I did so. I then got into some financial problems and was unable to make payments on the loan and fell 2mo behind. A man from Covington Credit showed up at our house at - on the - of - ( my ex wife and I had gone walking from - that day because we have no vehicle ), never told us his name ( and revealed information to my ex wife - she was outside with me when talking to him- and she was not included as a person they could talk to ) and told me I had til - on the - to come up with $80.00. I told the man I had no money til the - when I get paid ( I get - ). I offered to pay $100.00 when I get paid. The man then told me if I do not pay the money by - on the -, I will be brought


us - we both suffer from - a lot of issues in both of us. We had no food in the house at the time so we had been walking to the soup kitchen but were now afraid to do that. ( - of our neighbors saw this though not sure how much he heard. ) The next day we noticed a white pickup sitting across the street from our house from - ( it may be a coincidence I do n't know ). On the - we received a mail - with mybname on it - stating they would take my belongings away if no payment ( for an unsecured loan ). We tried to report this on the - but the cops said they had a right to do all these things. On - - we came home from paying our rent and utilities and buying food and found a letter placed on the outside of the door ( no tape ) with my name on the outside and all the information about his debt, the fact I owed on it and the collector 's information. Anybody could have taken that letter or looked in it while we were gone. On the - of -, we called to report someone at the door that was banging violently ( when we finally looked, it was the same man from Covington Credit ), again he left a note in the door. The neighbor ( different neighbor from before ) saw it happen and the way the man was knocking upset him too. Cops never showed up though they did call back a couple times to check on us. This is the Covington Credit located at -, TN -
