Southern Management Corp Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action November 14, 2015 - I initially paid off a secured loan with Covington Credit TN, and a few weeks later received a letter stating if he wanted to borrow another $500.00, just cash the check at a bank and it would constitute a loan. I did so. I then got into some financial problems and was unable to make payments on the loan and fell 2mo behind.
