I am requesting that CFPB investigate the lending of credit practices ofCredit Acceptance Corporation. The vehicle loan product presented tome was done in very deceptive manner. I advised their representativethat the due date of the payment of my loan did not coincide with mypay date. I was advised not to worry because I was given a grace periodper the coupon book. I am constantly being harassed byCredit Acceptance if I do not get the payment in by the - of the monthI have attached the coupon book and correspondence that I received on-/-/2015 stating the intent to repossess. Their practices are verydeceptive because the coupon book says by -/-/- a late fee will beassessed and I was given the same information by the representativewho sold me the product but instead I receive an intent to repossess letter that isdated -/-/2015. The -/-/- payment was made -/-/2015. I have filed a complaint before but now I want the corporation and it 's practices to be investigated. Please note : I have never been 30 days late on mypayment. I am a customer in good standing.
