I was offered a modification and was going through - Georgia at the same time and I needed - Georgia to make decision and the mortgage company put me in foreclosure. They put me in foreclosure and sent me a modification package to complete and return to them for review at the same time. I am frustrated with this type of process ... Is this the protocal?
