Bank of America Consumer Loan Complaint

Vehicle loan Taking out the loan or lease

Bank of America Consumer loan department,

Vehicle loan Taking out the loan or lease Florida

I purchased a - - motorcycle 0n -/-/-. Bank of America provided the financing as before on a previous - purchase which was paid in full after only two years. The scheduled monthly payment was around $320.00. I paid however numerous payments of $ -/month and by - of -, my loan was paid down to $6800.00 from $ -. I was sent overseas but received monthly statements which were forwarded to my neighbor for him to watch over my home and mail. Each B of A statement showed an Amount Due : $00.00 because I was paid so far in advance. On the - month, I returned home and found a nasty letter from B of A claiming that because I missed - ( - ) payments, They are calling in the loan and my interest rate went from 7.9 % to 29.88 % which tacked on close to $10000.00 bringing my note to over $16000.00. I tried to rectify the problem but when they attempted to repossess the bike from my garage one evening, I was standing there with a shotgun. Needless to say, they failed and I alerted the police to their illegal activities. The collection agency took off and I found out when the - officer came by my home that they had not received a call letting - know they were collecting a debt. B of A is claiming on my - credit reports, different payment dates and number of payments made. - repost shows - payment in -. The other shows all payments made in -. FALSE! The fact is the Charge Off is older than 7 years but B of A is falsifying my credit history and committing Consumer FRAUD! I am going to attach the dispute review so you can see the fraud first hand. Please ask B of A to verify ( showing payment proof ) that I made any payment after - of -. There will be a cancelled check as that is the way I paid my bills then. Thank you. - -
