I placed a catalog order with -/-, I was asked to make an initial make required deposit and did so. However, I never received the merchandise. I have made numerous attempts to have the information removed from my reports with no success. Please see my letter to them with other supporting documentation to support my request to dispute their inaccurate and false reporting to you. Their negative information is impeding my ability to get a mortgage. In -/-/-, and -/-/- repeatedly requested tracking numbers in order to verify that I never received the merchandise they claim they sent, and to substantiate the return of the money I paid them. They refused.
