I am writing to file a complaint against Prestige Financial Inc. for harassment and illegal collection practices. I have had the nightmare of dealing with this company, and it is time someone put a stop to their tactics. My account representative is - -, and he has, on numerous occasions, threatened me, belittled me, and insulted my character through emails, text messages, and telephone conversations. Yes, I have had difficulty making payments but it does not warrant being subjected to this type of treatment. He and the - of Collections, - -, have harassed me day after day. I have emails and phone logs to substantiate this claim. They have called me a liar, questioned my ability to be a man, and told me that I am not a good person. This is totally uncalled for, and does not make for good business. My final straw, was today, my wife was at church for bible study, and my - informed her that there was a message on the church answering machine for me. She listened to the message and it was - -, he stated, " This is - and I am calling about one of your church members (


spoke to my wife a week ago and she made a payment and informed them that she would be calling back the last Friday of the month to make another payment. They agreed that they would accept the payment and that she could call back the last Friday of the month with another payment. Since she spoke with them, they have contacted her on four times in 2 days saying " we are just checking to make sure that you are going to make good on your word and make a payment, call us back to set up a payment. '' Need I say, we have not made it to the last Friday of the month, and they have contacted my church ( which is not listed as a contact on my account ) and - of my family members.
