I sent R S Clark & Associates a request to validate a debt pursuant to Texas Finance Code ( see attachment RS Clark Dispute '' ). They had 30 days to respond. They did n't. In response to a prior complaint filed with CFPB, they provided an accounting stating that this validates the debt ( see attachment RS Clark - '' ). It does not meet the requirements under the law and does not validate the debt. They have wholly failed to validate this debt and under the laws of the state of Texas, it must be removed from my credit listings.
