- billed an eight year old address attempting to reach me for a medical bill. No response was recieved because I did not live at the address they were billing. - turned the invoice to a collections agency, collection agency continued to bill the old addressI had no knowledge of this information until I needed to purchase a car where the discrepancy showed up on my credit report. - refuses to submit a letter of untimely filing so my insurance company will pay the billI still do not know where or how the old address was obtained by -. I would never recommend using this medical lab. - insists I lived at the address that was billed and I received sufficent notice of the debt. I can provide public records to show I did not live at the address.
