I recently purchased a Cadillac CTS at the - - in - -. They gave me a temporary registration and I believed the documentation to be legitimate. On the temporary registration the mileage was listed as - miles, the actual mileage of the vehicle was - miles. When I went to the - to receive my permanent registration the - informed me that the vehicle was not registered in my name and there was a lean on the title. After the -, I went back to - - and they would not disclose the information that I needed. Later on - legal informed me that the vehicle was stolen.
