Navy Federal Credit Union gave me a loan that was more than the car was worth. The dealership and the banking institution was working together to get over on me. Now when I try to get rid of the car, the banking institution wont let me they said it will have to be a voluntary repossession. I have offered multiple times to provide them with a copy of the decree, but they were unwilling to accept it. They gave me a temporary registration and I believed the documentation to be legitimate. On the temporary registration the mileage was listed as - miles, the actual mileage of the vehicle was - miles. When I went to the - to receive my permanent registration the - informed me that the vehicle was not registered in my name and there was a lean on the title.
