We have a been working on this file since -/-/15 as a short sale there was an appraisal that was done via Rushmore bank and there was an offer to meet the min net per the appraisal. Rushmore denied the offer and stated that they will only allow a DIL as the payoff is - however the unpaid principle balance is -. We have tried to reach out to the investor on the loan and have had no response except to call Rushmore. Please help us to get this bank to allow a short sale. I feel like they are setting us up to foreclose.
