Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Problems when you are unable to pay Illinois

My auto loan company started to call me at my place of employment, leaving messages on a shared voicemail, sending emails through my work email, making repeat phone calls through my work phone. When calling my work cell at no time do they ever mention 1. who they are 2.that they are debt collector, just their name and to call them. After getting repeat phones calls from the time I arrive at work until - at night. -/-/- I sent a email to the manager to stop harrassing me while I 'm working. i received his response on -/-/- stating the he place the cease and desist on my account, as per my request and will be honoring the cease and desist going forward. However sin the last few months I have received over - threatening calls/emailed combined on my work phone and shared email account. when i post my -/-/- payment on line as requested by a letter i received in the mail that it must be paid by -/-/-, immediate after it posted I received another threatening call telling me I 'm still not caught up. Please help me in this matter I 'm a - and receiving all of these threatening calls and emails are causing a great deal of stress and try to do my job so that i will have monies to pay my loan.
