Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay North Carolina

I borrowed $2700.00 on a title loan from Wilshire Consumer Credit -/-/-, and added an additional $500.00 -/-/- for a total of $3200.00. I 've been making $200.00 payments throughout. I 'm approaching $6000.00 now and my balance is still over $3000.00. I 've recently learned that Wilshire was found guilty of unfair and illegal loan practices. I knew something was wrong with their practices but thought I was just stuck. I would very much appreciate your help in this regard.
