I am resubmitting my claims from a previous complaint from case - and - -. I thought this was a - card but it said Bank of America. I went back and looked at my credit report to see if I had any judgments for a Bank of America card and I do n't even see that I had a judgment or even ever had this card! I have never had a card in this amount of almost $14000.00! This law firm sent me a letter telling me they had been sold my case and would be reviewing it and now I am getting a garnishment summons!!!!!!!! I will sue everyone, if they do not correct this now! I have already contacted a lawyer. I never received a judgment or notice that they would be garnishing my bank account. And now I get this summons!!!!! This should be fixed immediately.
