rented a truck from budget, had a blowout, blamed me and billed me $510.00. bill was accidently paid twice a month apart. can not get a refund. some excuse that technical issues prevent them from issuing a refund. sent me to collections in the meantime. have sent all documentation to collections, they have resolved, but still can not get refund from budget.
