I funded a loan with Prestige Financial during my Chapter - bankruptcy. My first payment was due before my bankruptcy was finalized and I told them they needed to change the initial due date. I am currently 26 days late due to major loss of income and they call me at least once a day, and email me as well. I have requested they not contact me, other than - Mail, and prior to 30 days late. I have been threatened to not risk this '' - late payment status ], to govern myself accordingly, '' and that I must not need this car. '' I was told they would attempt payment on - and I stated I would call in the afternoon to process. I emailed on - to tell them I would need to make the payment on -, which would be 28 days late. I received another threatening email as a result. I was also told that the payment was attempted at -, which was against our recorded agreement.
