I was charged a late fee when my due date is the - of the month, there is a grace period after that but I was charged a late fee well before payment is due. I '' ve attempted to call in to BMW Financial but they are never open when calling, I need to clarify why the late fee was charged and to adjust a payment I made, the date needs to be changed. However, I first need to clarify the due date is now the - so the account does not go thirty days late.
