I have had a checking account with Citizens Banks since 2006. The terms of the account was that if I have direct deposit from my paycheck the account was to be free of charge. Recently, I have noticed that I am being charged a servicing fee of $ -/month. I would like to close this account and have all these fees waived since that was not part of what I agreed to. I have already cancelled my direct deposit from my payroll. I feel the charges are inappropriate and taking advantage of the consumer. Also, I have tried to change my name many times and they keep loosing my information. My new name is - - -, no longer -. I will attach a copy of my drivers license.
