I submitted a file to Rushmore Loan Management for a loan modification through -. I also filed Chapter - Bankruptcy to get rid of the arrears of the loan. Rushmore is trying to recoop the arrears which I do not have by paying upfront funds of $8000.00. They have also given me a sale date and a modification which is duress. I can afford the $1200.00, but the upfront funds of $8000.00 I do n't have that is why I filed bankruptcy. The sale date is scheduled for - -, 2015.
