Opened a Discover Online Savings Account to get a $50.00 Bonus by opening it by -/-/15 and depositing $5000.00 by -/-/15 and using the offer code -. They said bonus would be credited by -/-/15. I did n't receive the bonus on -/-/2015 and every follow up to their customer service has them telling me it will be an additional 4-6 weeks ( the last time they said 6-8 weeks ) after they verify that I 'm eligible and met the requirements even though I 've sent them the proof that I 've met the requirements. Now they say it wo n't be resolved until - -, 2015 and that would make it close to four months since opening the account, not the one month they stated I 'd have the bonus. Feel I 'm not getting any where with them and continued correspondence would be futile.
