Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Illinois

The original call was from a rep trying to find a - - by dialing every - named - in the phone book, she called me KNOWING that the number did NOT belong to the debtor. She then demanded to speak to the debtor and threatened me if I did not put her on the phone, I told her that I did n't know the person she was looking for and that no one by that name lived at my address. She said that did n't matter and if the debtor was not at my address I should pay the debt anyway to get them off my back, and that she would list me as the debtor even though she knew I was not. I then received a threatening email from Wells Fargo complaining to you, and on the - of -. I received a threatening letter from - - -, when I called she demanded payment of the debt and an apology even though she said she knows it 's not me they want, it 's just I am the - they can get to. I DO NOT owe this debt and have never done business with Wells Fargo in any way shape or form. These people must be severely punished and made to pay for there threats and $1500.00 for the unlawful pnone call
