Failure of in document preparation. Statements mailed to the wrong address and never received since - 2015. The fact that the borrower has dealt the - different entities and - different employees in an attempt to resolve payment, billing and mailing issues is troubling. The fact that payments were returned on - -, 2015 as unable to process '', stating the property is now in foreclosure '' is alarming. The borrower has been bounced around between representatives of -, Athas, - and now - - -. The borrower has attempted to resolve servicing issues with the following employees from -, -, - and - - - : - - -


then passed to - - - for servicing. In a - page letter dated - -, 2015 ( attached jpg files ), - people were referenced for more information and resolution to the foreclosure. - - of - - - and - - of - Foreclosure Department, I learned yesterday, ( -/-/2015 ) that neither woman had knowledge of the letter, - - was emailed a copy of the letter yesterday ( -/-/2015 ) and has promised to get back to me with more information. The borrower first contacted - - six days ago ( -/-/2015 ), I learned yesterday that - - actually works for - - at -, not - - - as stated in the letter. Further, the correspondence was mailed to the wrong city and took - days to arrive ( -/-/2015 ) at the correct address. Just as the statements were mailed to the wrong city and never arrived. This is no way to do business.
